DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS AT STUDIO 3 KERRY

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a support worker, you will:
* Be part of a forward-thinking team, facilitating exciting
community opportunities and promoting independent living.
* Provide direct support to individuals on the autism spectrum in
both community settings and their own homes.
* Offer overnight assistance when needed.
* Attend weekly clinical meetings and provide feedback to the lead
consultant clinical psychologist.
* Participate in training on our specialized Low Arousal Approach,
equipping you with tools to create supportive environments for
managing stress and trauma.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will:
* Be comfortable working independently.
* Have a minimum 2 years experience working with people with
disabilities.
* Hold a full, clean driving license.
* Possess a minimum QQI Level 5 in healthcare or equivalent.
* Have a sense of fun and enthusiasm.
